Photograph a receipt, have the detail read automatically and checked against policy limits as it is submitted.
Corporate card reconciliation
Card feeds are matched line by line against submitted expenses, so every transaction has a claim behind it.
Approval routing
Claims route to the right approver by amount and category, without anyone chasing a signature by email.
Unmatched-transaction queue
Anything that fails to match sits in one finance queue with an owner, so it can be chased and cleared.
Spend reporting
Spend is reported by category, team and cost centre, from the same records used for reconciliation.
